Since 2010 we have been working for exhibitions inside and outside the Biennale, Collateral Events of the Art Biennale or the Architecture Biennale, Venice Design Week, Venice Glass Week.

Basic services

• Application for public land use authorisation
• Management of permits with the Municipality and Landscape Authority for an exhibition
• Management of permits with the Municipality and Landscape Authority for use of banners, public spaces, etc. 
• Assistance with flights, hotels, and transfers for artists, curators, and guests
• Development of curatorial projects
• Registration of the Fiscal Code at Agenzia Entrate
• Support for the legal registration of any kind of contract at Agenzia Entrate

General services

• Full-time organizing secretariat through the end of deinstall 
• Draft of project budget 
• Contacts to the Biennale; preparation of project documentation to participate in the Biennale as an official collateral event or as a national pavilion 
• Selection and coordination of reliable and cost-effective suppliers for art handlers, set up materials and helpers, security services, cleaning services and production of communication materials (printing of banners, signage towers, brochures, paper invitations, etc.)
• Organisation of opening events. We can coordinate different providers by providing two or more estimates per service (catering, music, performances and shows, security services, cleaning services)

Setting up services

• Construction management
• Installation with specialized technicians to place, hang paintings and carpenters for the construction of structures
• Support during the installation steps
• Logistical management, both ground and water
• Install and deinstall support, including for large scale works
• Customs bureaucratic and insurance requirements

Communication services

• Production of communication materials (printing of banners, signage towers, brochures, paper invitations, social images etc.)
• Production of video, reels, photos, virtual tour of the exhibition
• Press office (we can support your project for art italian press) support and distribution of invitations and communication materials to a vast database of journalists, curators and collectors
• Branding support, marketing and PR (advertising on water buses and piers, advertising on Biennale guides, magazines, billposting campaigns)
• Catalogue printing and publishing

Location manager 

• Selection of the perfect exhibition spaces for your project; location scouting and site management: submission of detailed plans, organizations of site visits, management of contractual agreements
